Do we need to schedule a appointment?
It would be best if an appointment is scheduled, however walk-ins are also accepted. For life threatening emergencies call 911 or go to the closest hospital ER room.
How do you schedule an appointment?
The best way to schedule an appointment is to call our office at 561-469-7190 but you can also visit our office in person.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept government and private insurances. We also accept self pay.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
To the first appointment you should bring a picture ID or any other form of identification. Immigration status won't be requested. Documentation of your past medical history including medications, any important family history and a form of payment.
Do you ask for immigration status?
No we do not ask for immigration statuses.
